Action Reaction Cycle

So, I take International Relations class from a gentleman who used to work for Henry Kissinger. So: he hates Russia and China (but he doesn't call them Russia and China, they are The Soviet Union and The PRC when he lectures). Well one theory of International Relations is the idea of the "Action-Reaction Cycle", abbrieviated "ARC".

Because I am a very easily distracted person, I draw a lot in that class. One day I was noodling around and I was like: I should draw spies! So, I drew up American spy, Russian spy and Chinese spy. Yes that's right, "A" "R" "C". I felt really really clever.

So here we have Agent China, Agent America and Agent Russia, who have had a bit of a tiff in a Denny's.
